Biography
Karen Fultz-Robinson serves as Of Counsel to the Jordan Legal Group in matters related to subrogation and insurance defense. For over two decades, Ms. Fultz-Robinson’s practice has focused on subrogation and recovery litigation (products liability), insurance defense, state and federal commercial and business litigation, and business development.
She has tried several cases and recovered millions of dollars for corporate clients. Ms. Fultz-Robinson was recently appointed to serve as a special master in Hillsborough County Circuit Civil Court.
In 2005 and 2006, Ms. Fultz-Robinson was selected as a member of the Who’s Who of Black Atlanta and in 2011 she was named as one of the Nation’s Best 40 Advocates under 40 by the National Bar Association.
Through her continued commitment to serve in voluntary bar associations, Ms. Fultz-Robinson was elected as president of the Gate City Bar Association in Atlanta in 2005, served as a board member for the Atlanta Legal Diversity Consortium and was elected as a member-at-large for the Atlanta Bar Association. In Florida, Ms. Fultz-Robinson was active in the George Edgecomb Bar Association and Hillsborough County Bar Associations. In 2016, she was appointed to the Corporate Board for the Boys and Girls Club of Tampa Bay.
Ms. Fultz-Robinson’s legal perspective has been featured in publications including Subrogator, Subrogation and Recovery Law Blog, Southern Loss Association, and Lawyer Monthly.
